3020 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 3020's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3020 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to refrain from using this platform.

Access to the 3020 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
Not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction from participating in online betting or gambling activities.
Registering in your own name and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme.

3020 reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility at any time and may suspend an account pending verification. Fraudulent registration or identity misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3020 platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings or balances earned.

During registration, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number.
Keeping your account password confidential. 3020 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
Notifying 3020 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Keeping your personal information up to date for verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 3020 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated software, bots, data scraping tools, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
Colluding with other users to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or abuse the bonus system.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Transferring account credits to other users except through mechanisms officially authorised by 3020.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, cancellation of all pending winnings, and further action including referral to the relevant authorities.

3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on the 3020 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include internet banking via the Financial Process Exchange (FPX), major Malaysian banks, and supported e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. We do not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.

Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the platform and are subject to change. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your in-platform wallet almost instantly for digital payment methods. 3020 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be processed once your account has completed full identity verification (KYC). Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for your deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring special approval. 3020 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance purposes.

Disputed Transactions

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 3020 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed. All final decisions regarding transaction disputes rest with 3020.

4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

The 3020 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or data loss at all times. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 3020 shall not be liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by users.
Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or events beyond the platform's control.
Game results disputed after official outcome confirmation by the system.

3020's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

3020 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, the user's own request, or instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed for valid reasons on the user's part, any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the appropriate verification process.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 3020 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 3020 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 3020. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 3020 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party service providers such as game suppliers, payment processors, or analytics platforms. 3020 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

3020 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 3020 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims.
